Gina has been a member of LBD since the beginning. Even before LBD (we won’t disclose how long before mortgage life) - Erin and Gina were college roommates at Chapel Hill! Gina has worked in the mortgage industry, since becoming a Loan Officer in 2012, and moved into the processing role for LBD in 2018. As a former real estate paralegal and teacher with a Master’s Degree in Education, Erin mentioned joining the mortgage world and they both knew, it was a perfect fit.
Born in Philadelphia, growing up in in the Army communities in Fayetteville, NC and Heidelberg, Germany, Gina experienced the importance of family and community. As a mother of five, she realizes every family has a unique situation and she knows every loan she touches affects more than just the family involved. She notes: our goal is to help everyone: buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys to complete the process as fast and efficiently as possible - we look at each loan as if it were our own. She strives to simplify this process to satisfy clients so they have time to focus on the next steps of their lives and their future.
Gina loves living in Raleigh, cooking, traveling with family, skiing, playing violin, hiking and biking.
