LBD is made up of 9 women (and one brave man!) with one goal in mind - to simplify your home buying experience.
We take pride in the hands on, white glove service we provide for every client. Combining our tailored service with our low rates and fees allows Lending by Design for ASMC to have the most unique, quality mortgage experience in the industry.
LBD officially began in 2013…
…when Erin took Christina under her wing to teach her the "ropes" of the mortgage lending business. Christina had just graduated from The University of Georgia just 3 weeks prior to starting with Erin and as they say, “the rest was history!”
Erin taught Christina everything she knew and they soon realized they had something most loan officers do not have - a trusted partner and team. Together, they realized they could accomplish the unthinkable - and they would always have each other's backs. They branded themselves Team LBD (or Lending By Design) to set themselves apart from other loan officers and the name became quickly known by the community. At the time, most loan officers were male and worked by themselves. Christina and Erin's goal was to break the mold of the "typical loan officer" and make mortgages fun and fashionable.
Since then, they have helped thousands of families purchase and refinance their homes, hosted dozens of events for their referral partners and past clients, and made a name for themselves as "LBD" in the mortgage industry.
Together, they have achieved the unthinkable. Their referral partners know Team LBD will close on time, every time, and will provide hands-on, white glove service while doing it. Nothing falls through the cracks when these ladies are involved!
