CHRISTINA MAUNEY BRAMHALL
A Charlotte native, Christina knows the ins and outs of Charlotte. She has lived in all different areas of Charlotte as well - starting in South Charlotte near the South Carolina line, then moving to the South Park and Southend areas, and now residing by the water just 20 miles north of Charlotte in Lake Norman with her husband, son Luke, daughter Finley, and black cat named Cat-o-lac!
She started in the mortgage industry just 3 weeks after graduating from The University of Georgia in 2013 and has never looked backed. Starting her career mastering first time homebuyer programs and down payment assistance, Christina quickly became known in the mortgage industry as someone who will hold her clients' hands every step of the way and can always be trusted to get the deal done. Whether by phone call, text, email, or Instagram message, Christina is always available!
Christina has loved being a part of Team LBD and seeing it grow. From Day 1, she knew she was a part of something special. She enjoys working on a team with like-minded individuals who all work day and night to serve their clients and close on time - no matter what. She also loves hosting events for her referral partners and past clients, and also being able to give back to the community. In her free time, she enjoys doing pilates, running, boating on Lake Norman, and traveling to Wrightsville Beach (and to the Bahamas whenever she can make it there!).
